Photographers note : Richard has an acute brain injury he sustained after a car crash. The MeNZ Shed is a very supportive environment. He still is able to help around by banging in nails here and there, but that's all that he needs to do to make him happy. It's a place that allows him to socialize. 55a Kendal Avenue, Bishopdale.

- Parent Collection Description A collaboration between Christchurch City Libraries and the University of Canterbury, School of Fine Arts to create a documentary photographic record of Bishopdale and surrounds in 2017. Thomas Herman, Liam Lyons, Elise Williams, Janneth Gil and Lucas Perelini from the School of Fine Arts created a body of photographic images of people and the physical and social environment, a unique collection that reflects the diversity of the Bishopdale area in 2017.
